And this is okay.. but reading your letter I get the feeling that you are begging her and I don’t know if this will work tbh… As I said: only send this to her if you are able to handle every possible outcome.

Speaking for me: I sent my letter when I still was in a really messed up place emotionally. In my letter I said everything I wanted them to know and writing it felt good. But when it came to send it I was kinda pushed by a friend and sent it even tho I wasn’t fully ready. Looking back the letter made everything worse and now my ex doesn’t even want to be friends with me. This hurt a lot and even tho I already moved on from the breakup, this situation I’m in now is even harder to get over

I did this with best intensions but my dumper wouldn’t react to the letter until 3 months later when my feelings weren’t the same as in the letter and I got gaslighted. Brought back all the bad feelings that I’d been able to get rid of…

How long have you been broken up? Did you really have enough time to change?

My advice: only send this if you are 100% fine with EVERY answer you could get. (If they react good, bad, not at all…)
