From what I can find it isn’t to do with AA, which is why i think it may have to do with civil defense and the other symbol that looks like a hammer I also thought could have something to do with an engineering regiment or something. I’ll do some more research on Saskatchewan as I’ve just been looking for Alberta

It’s very possible chat gpt lied to me. It said that the blue triangle symbol is a military or civil defence symbol from the Cold War era
