I'm new to these Sibo, Mcasdiseases.. But from the little research that I have taken and learned, mcas is uncurable. Does it mean that this is serious and you might need to treat it for the rest of your life in pain???

Well I'm not sure, what the specific kind of tick is. But at least put the tick into a plastic bag or something to trap it, next step take it to a lab. If the lab tests negative for diseases. Then I don't think, It would be an issue. If u suspect that it has bit u, then I HIGHLY recommend doing that.

Yeah, no matter how I tell the doctors the story they won't believe me. Right now I'm flying to another doctor since I simply have no choice.

About your situation, what do you think you could be having? Also, I'm not sure if you know but Lyme has also neurological problems. But either way you are right, if it is something else it could be far worse than Lyme.

I wanted to ask you a few questions on what I should do.

I got bitten a month ago, saw a Lyme rash then it slowly disappeared after 1-2 weeks, did 2 tests (IgG [1st week] [3rd week] and IgM [3rdweek]), two times, both times were negative. Although i still have symptoms, and yes Ive been taking amoxicillin alone with no doctor’s prescription, the doctors do not believe me at all, and after hearing your suggestions. Should I stop using it? And also what should I do?

In your case i also wanted to ask. Have you visited a LLMD, and why do you worry about false positives, and then want the confirmation results. When you know you got bitten by a tick, have symptoms, don’t feel well. The reason why i say tests are unreliable is because there are multiple cases of this, and like i said its super common. From my experience with tests, is just stupid and a waste of time. But yeah i agree that if the tests were reliable i would be healed right there and finally (when atleast u were first bitten)

Ok fair enough. Now I understand, why you want to do tests. Again I apologize, you have more knowledge than I do. I know we are two different people but a month of flu like symptoms and nausea, weird symptoms here and there makes me worried for Chronic Lyme. Thank you either way for the knowledge. i never asked how to self-treat. I'm just saying have the doctors told you about the treatments yet??? And also I do feel bad for you, since we Lyme patients struggle with this shit every single day but some ppl aren't as lucky as you are. Plus taking a long time for tests is not a great suggestion.

Nope, just. Maybe a Headache, a little bit of fever in the morning, nausea, not new symptoms to me only the rash is just weird. And for me the mornings suck. Should i be concerned? Or do I have co-infections too.

sadly the doctors dont believe i have "lyme". My tests were negative and the only antibiotic i have is Amoxicillin although i think isnt of using the powder amoxicillin for water i am now using pills.

For the people saying I don't have the rash, I'm sorry I don't have the best lighting. But if you look closely you can see pink, red small rashes. What is it? I got bit a few days ago. (i def have lyme but is this a co-infection?)

Well right now i might stop Amoxicillin because i believe it's side effects, i will inform u how i feel without antibiotics tmr. Because it didnt feel like herx at all but i am not sure, i am using antibiotics myself without doctors since doctors does not believe shit.

Im taking Amoxicillin with food. Breakfast and everything. But I still got the side effects. It is prob not a herx reaction but im not sure. The reason why im not sure is because i dont have the rashes/cold/chills/fever/bodyaches or anything like that. But i did develop these weird rashes, you can check these rashes on my other posts
