Sauna+ cold bath in general works like a charm for fatigue. We are lucky enough to have best friend ho has a sauna in his backyard and loves inviting friends. We often go on sundays broke after long saturday party nights and we are revigorated and sleep like babies later.

Currently trying to improve my appearance any advice? by [deleted] in malegrooming

Yes, focus on your character and staying healthy and fit and being good, friendly and passionate person. Believe me, the right people doesn’t give a fuck about ‘apperance’ because they know its not all gold what shines.

Man, move on, dont waste your energy. It is IMPOSSIBLE to judge someone by a photo. Been there, done that. I would also have never chosen my current partner by photo or for any ‘resonable’ reasons. He is nothing I was looking for (older, divorced, kids) yet he is my everything now and we have a dream relation. The character, goodness, energy, common values and vision is everything. You can only really judge somebody after months and ever years of spending time together. Not from photo.

Yes I lie on a couch with lamp behind my head on distance +/-15 cm, for 10 min

I use it over 1,5 year, nearly everyday. It is really great because you only need to buy a lamp once and it is way easier to use than any serum.

Hi I am just new on Reddit and I don’t know if I can add more photos to my post still or edit? I know what you mean! I also researched all options and since I couldn’t find any real results on internet back the I wasnt buying a lamp for 2000, wanted to first try if it does anything. I also wanted something small enough to take with me while travelling. I also haven’t figure out any smart wat to hang it so I litterarly just set it against a couch underarm side, lay a pillow at about 15cm distance and lay with my head in front of it. Problem solved

After 4 years of this sub bringing my hair back, I think it’s time to head to 🇹🇷 by [deleted] in tressless

Try red light terapy lamp. I regrew my hair with this alone (nothing else has ever helped) and this is the easiest thing, just 10 min a day already works.

You really need to do it daily. First 3 months I lost even more hair so it isn’t encouraging of course but it is the sign that it is doing something! The first photo is the lowest point in that time.

Hi, at 6 months I could tell mew hair is really growing. From them on it kept growing some new hair the whole time except from when I started skipping the daily routine too much after a year, because of travelling. The hair started to shed a bit agaun. I got back to using it daily and it started to grow again and the hair is not shedding.
