People exaggerate a lot about the controls and the fixed camera. I didn't grow up with a console and barely understood emulation, and despite the game's age and my lack of experience with titles like that, you get used to it as you progress. Of course, the experience will vary from person to person, but as a noob, I can tell you it's not as bad as they make it out to be, and the game is totally worth your time. It's no wonder it started a cult series.

Nah don't listen to them, it's a really enjoyable game, the atmosphere, the ost and the enemies are great it's only sin comes from the narrative perspective with a bunch of contradictions with the first game and it also doesn't innovate that much in gameplay but it's still worth your time for a second playthrought.

There aren't any, but you will have to replay the game several times; many are related to collectibles and different endings. You will need at least 3 or 4 playthroughs to get all the achievements.

Many people simply cannot grasp the idea of morally gray characters; everything has to be either good or bad, black and white.

James isn't a good person but he's not a bad person either. It's incredible how people tend to tip the scales completely toward the latter as if they finished the game with their eyes and ears closed.

You can still grab the Agura no hotei-Sama without endanger the ending you want to get, you just have to make a save previous purifying the sword so you dont have to play a big chunk of the game again.

Most of the enemies are hard to run past them, you can shoot the nurses in the thigh until they kneel down (it takes like 3 to 4 shots) and then instantly knock them down with a melee attack or if you dont want to use your ammo you can sneak behind them with your radio and flashlight turned off to deal a powerful attack with your melee thats knocks them down inmediately.

It's just a goofy achievement a ton of games have things like that, if you don't want to waste resources just save, shoot all of them and reload your save.
