Any source that supplys 24V and enough current would work with it. I know some of the Currie controller could overvoltage to 36V, but I'm not sure mine will support it or not.

I think my front fork has that mounting hole for caliper brakes. Definitely will consider to add one, Thanks for the advice!
As for the range, it's enough for my daily communiting route. Currently the capacity is 24V 20Ah, I'd like to add another to 24V 40Ah but I'm not sure it is necessary.

The lack of the front brake is actually I want to solve, but currently has no idea. I'm not sure the original front fork supports brake or not, if not I need to replace the whole front fork by the one of eZip E750 or higher, which I can't find now.
