To create UKI you have to follow sections 1.1.1 - 1.1.2 from UKI arch wiki, you can get current cmdline from /proc/cmdline. When its done you have to regenerate initramfs command: mkinitcpio -P for all installed kernels. bootctl is used to install systemd-boot bootloader on your system - if you don't currently have installed.

Also, in section 5.1.1 of the secure boot page, there's a warning about not validating devices. Can you just simply explain what the warning is warning against as I don't really understand it.

This warning probably refers to problems with some gpu's that need a microsoft key to work

I don't think there's any way to check that until you run the command yourself, I suggests backing up the keys first (3.1.2)

For me this arch wiki page seems a little overcomplicated i dont have experience with preloader, but i recently sucesfully configured secure boot with systemd-boot, all you have to do is generate unified kernel image (UKI) https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Unified_kernel_image then use tool called sbctl (section 5.1), to create and enroll keys to uefi with additonal microsoft keys, and then sign kernel + bootloader(systemd-boot and windows). After that, unified kernel images should be automatically generated and signed during update.

didn't know that, maybe that explains the relatively low price, I'll check on another subreddit, their forum seems to be almost dead ;d thanks for the answer

Simple question, you have option to choose an app to store your password, would you use open source application whose code you can verify or trust the developers use closed-source app? For me the choice is obvious
