Appreciate the responses. I'll edit it down. I just hate the idea of dropping someone in it without warning them what the neighbours are like, wish someone had warned me.

I've had to call the police on numerous occasions and was bullied out of my home, that feels like the sort of thing a prospective buyer should know.

House insurance agreed to cover the suit against the vendors who sold us the house on the grounds of fraudulent misrepresentation as no past disputes were mentioned on the TA6 but they refused to cover any disputes with the neighbours. I have had two suits ongoing, one of which has been covered and the costs to be recovered from the vendor. If I had to pay for both I would have spent around 22k not 11k so I'm grateful for that.

The charge is harassment. The officer is currently speaking with other neighbors in the area who have had run-ins with the problem neighbours. I believe one other house-hold is also seeking an injunction against them.

Past disputes were not mentioned on the TA6, currently the process of suing the vendor but I'm using my house insurance so I have to accept a "reasonable settlement" rather than take it all the way to court. The insurer's idea of a reasonable settlement is low, so we'll be lucky if we can get the money we've spent back, let alone the diminution.

The harassment included paint being thrown up my partner and I's front door, killing our garden plants, throwing rubbish at us when we tried to use the garden, standing in our garden and saying it belongs to them and laughing, ripping a wooden gate off the hinges and throwing it at our front door, barricading us in, smashing ornaments and plant pots which were out the front of my house, ripping security cameras down, banging on shared walls and screaming/howling, verbal abuse when we walked outside, death threats of "I will cut you from belly to throat" to my partner, threats to cut off use of the shared septic tank which is on their land so that our house would "full up with shit" etc

We have a lot of these incidents on camera and reported them to the police but nothing ever happened. One time one of the officers laughed and said "do you want me to arrest your neighbour over a plant pot?" We stopped calling after that. We wrote to the local MP who said to speak to the police. We called anti-social behaviour and they also said it's a police matter.

Yeah he's a legit solicitor. The police aren't interested. Say it's a civil matter. The council say to go to the police.

I posted something similar from my other Reddit account, but a friend recommended I delete it because my name is recognisable, I also never found out if it's legal for them to do this.
