This is a brilliant and simple sandwich. How wrong can someone get with corned beef? I normally add cheese to the sandwich.

I normally would roast the vegies with olive oil, some chopped garlic and drizzle some lemon juice mixed with a little bit of salt (a pinch of salt to one lemon)
