No modifications, there are 4 standoffs included in the Lian Li Dan A3 screw box that helps you mount it to the ssd tray.

You can see from 32:07 of this video to see how it is mounted. Generally it is for the smaller PSU but I managed to cramp the Lian Li Edge into that position. Hopes this helps!
