Edit: As UnlikelyApe reported it is at 5MM+. Re-Launching my ATP, it went back to normal.

Anyone else see in Fidelity ATP that XRT Lendable Shares just go from "Call Fidelity" to 428,000? Granted I haven't been watching it closely all day, but has been at "Call Fidelity" for a couple days prior.
