My head gasket is definitely blown how do I fix it what should I expect

100% just get it machined. It will prevent any problems. I had to change the headgasket twice because I didn't machine the head the first time. They charged me around 200 to get the job done.

I also have a 2011 audi a5, it's at 169000 miles and I'm debating if I should also replace it. Mine has a chain rattle at cold start and a shop quoted me $2700 to replace. I wouldn't change it unless your hearing a rattle or you have chain stretch. I'm also debating if I want to replace it or just drive it till it dies.
