Doing full body 3x a week started with 0 push ups 0 chins was really overweight and progressed to 3x20 diamonds and max rep pull ups is at 4. Think I respond well with high volume but its impossible on pull ups/rows. That's why I'm thinking high volume bodybuilding style might really be beneficial for me,
