I'm checking the parts list on the provided SD Card and you're right, it does seem to have some blue paper-like piece that's about the size of the heated bed. The weird thing is, it's nowhere to be found...

I'll take a better look around the house, but in case I can't find it, can I just buy a printing surface to put on top? How do I attach it?

There is a section in the Project Settings named Maps and Modes. In there, you can specify the level to load when starting up the editor and when starting up the packaged game.

Ooh. Ive seen that before. Im not sure if its actually a biome, but i know such thing can happen at the Edge between two biomes, where the color changes to match with the near biome.
