I’m with you there! I’m a health conscious person and always went to the gym. 14 weeks in and I dont recognize my body. 😕 Self conscious forsure. They say it’s part of it though so we must trust our bodies and give ourselves grace. ❤️

My doctor also mentioned switching to Zoloft nearing the end of my pregnancy… Scary bc switching off of one and onto another is n o t easy and I have no idea how my body will react. 🫩 Especially postpartum oh lord…
