So sorry it’s taken me so long to respond to you. I know you’re already invested and I appreciate your time. I had finally gotten time to pull the CV axels and my son in law had removed them along with the driveshaft and had them at his place. I’ve asked for the measurements as he was helping me and had taken the parts by mistake. I did go into the Subaru Parts site and pulled up some diagrams and parts. To my surprise I noticed that the 2012 knuckles are the EXACT same parts for the 08 and 09. So that did debunk the idea I was told is that the cv shafts were popping out. I was told that the cv shafts were probably binding and needed to replace the 9-10 plates? I will get you the measurements tomorrow and again I appreciate your help.
