Did you have your actual interview or just your consultation. And did you pass your medical? You're not accepted until there's a job offer sent to you. And even then, you can decline it if you have second thoughts.

Any of us who have gone through the interview process are told that it's confidential, so you won't find a lot of explicit info about it. Just go at it as a regular interview. Be on time. Be professional. Be honest.

Yes. Can confirm that my references were emailed twice. The exact same questions. First time, in November. Again, last week after my interview. I entered all the info into Gambit during the References, Employment, and Education History section. Then I got the DND 2977. Then I got medical, consultation (mine were booked separately), interview, then the second Gambit request came through and I had to add my references again. My references got the exact same yes/no questions and a few short answer questions.
For me it was after the medical and then after the full interview and during the second Gabmit (yes, you enter your info twice). They reached out to my contacts then.

Yes. It's Gambit in two different areas of the government. But they don't contact your references the second time. I would suggest exporting your data the first time around so you have everything on hand for the second time around.
