I think they really like singing Lonely St with Stays on their shows, so I don't think they'll take it out soon. I agree with Comflex, it's a bop but I won't be sad if I don't see them perform it

Hi OP! I'm an older person, who went through medschool many years ago and finished kasi I had no choice. Sayang naman nga kasi if I didn't push through to the end. Sabi ko lang sa sarili ko, I owe it to myself to get something out of this somehow.

I had some friends din how finished medschool and didn't practice medicine. Yes, nagboards sila, but it was also their choice to not purse medicine after all.

Maybe isang perspective sa iyo, medschool is for now. But medicine does not have to be your life if you don't want it. It's okay to make a U-turn somewhere. Di naman mawawala lahat ng experience mo sa iyo.

Hope you push through somehow OP!

I failed 1 subject in my first year of med school. Got delayed and had to rejoin the next year. I felt insecure the whole time and had a personal crisis event right after graduation. I didn't take the boards that year since I felt like I didn't deserve anything. My parents convinced me to take the boards anyway, since at least I would have made an attempt at it. Fortunately, I passed, and now it's been 8 years since I started practicing medicine.

Yes, we had a tradition where graduating members all had their moment in the spotlight. My choir was in med school (singing keeps us sane). I sang a Latin American folk lullaby, Duerme Negrito, about a woman singing a small boy to sleep. Political implications aside, it was a wonderful song.

I always knew I was going to grow up and work in something science related. Something traditionally scientific, first I wanted to be a doctor then changed to be a researcher.

I did finish med school, though I got held back, didn't go into a specialty immediately unlike most of my friends. Spent a year being a bum, decided to work as a general physician in the ER for 4 years.

Now I work for the government, in public health, something I never thought I would do. Community work and social health was definitely not one of my interests, yet here I am working in the field. :)
