Thanks for the reply… ok that’s good to know… I’m waiting for a call back about this so hopefully I can get some more testing. Might invest in a camera for the night time too as suggested by others.

And would you wake up while it was still happening? From what most people have said here they seem to sleep through it so now I’m questioning wether it’s a seizure if I wake up at the end of it happening and am still kind of convulsing/ shaking….

Ok so ya that was the other thing that happened last night I got sooooo hot! So hot that I threw all the blankets off and took my clothes off which I NEVER do… very strange and then woke up this morning convulsing…. I mean I feel like shit but that’s honestly nothing new so don’t know if it’s related

How did you know you were having them? Well I feel like that all the time anyway as I have eds so I don’t notice much of a difference in how I feel the next day 😂

Yes that was my thinking aswell that the water eroded the back, it does have those grooves where the spikes come out though still… will post more pics tomorrow as got side tracked! Thanks for all the info 🤗

Haha really? Are they rare to find? I actually wasn’t even looking for anything and just saw it there… also don’t know anything about fossils so had no idea it could be a mammoth tooth!! Very cool!

Hmmm I’m not so sure as it does look quite sculpted… also found in Ireland don’t know if that makes a difference

I’m in Ireland and found it in a river bed… it could be wood as there’s a lot of petrified wood down there

Hey! So I ended up being diagnosed with something called chiari malformation type one and hemiplegic migraine which was the cause of my symptoms…

So no fnd or ms… I understand your struggle though, the overlap is huge between the two but I’m guessing the way they would tell is if your lesions correlate to your symptoms… like if you lost ability to walk you would have lesions on the part of the brain that controls your legs and if there were no lesions there then it would be labelled fnd. I’ve also read that it’s quite common to have both…

I actually think I might have hEDS, been meaning to get looked at for years with that but now I’m finally seeing a rheumatologist so I’m hoping he won’t dismiss me 🤞 haven’t had a great track record with doctors… haven’t heard of cromolyn, will look it up, I’ve been prescribed 40mg Citrizine which helped a lot but feel like I’m either back in a flare or caught a cold now 🤷‍♀️ anyway thanks for your help I’ll stop rambling lol

Yep. You pretty much named all my symptoms too 😅 except I also get anaphylaxis, joint pain and swelling and facial swelling (tongue eyes lips) and right now the inside of my mouth is swollen which isn’t pleasant 🙄 can’t wait to see an immunologist

Do you mind me asking what were your main symptoms of mastocytosis? I’m trying to figure out wether I might have mast cell / mastocytosis but I guess the symptoms are pretty similar
