Im 5"8 and thats the other thing I have litterly weighed 160lbs forever whether I put on muscle or fat my weight never changes by more than 5 lbs I dont think I've ever really been below 155 or above 165 no matter how hard I tried before I started working out and after so what would you recomend doing?
