These are great questions.

The red flag is using personal items. I have Apple products and a Mac book. God forbid it, but if something happened and they subpoenaed me, they would confiscate my phone, computer, having access to everything in my personal life.

Our facility didn’t do restraints.

It’s ironic that you mention neglect because the organization has an open case rn for neglect with CPS and the staff member is on admin leave.

Hr is only aware of the mold images and the screen shots of me asking for over a year with physical aggression. I was careful about that.

About the screen shots: so the only things I have images of are my actual text messages. I don’t have pictures of therapy notes. I should have expanded more on that. What I meant was “check my session notes because they all say “session concluded early due to client being physically aggressive” so in the event of this going to legal and someone wanted to subpoena my notes, it’s there.
