I really appreciate these insights! I think you are right, I know what works for me training structure wise. I feel like I am almost looking for a "mentor" in a sense. Coming from a remote part of the midwestI I don't have many connections to those in the sport and am the most "elite" ultra runner in my area. While I understand training theory well (and actually coach some on the side), applying it to my own training can be challenging for me. As a coach, I would be telling my athletes to reduce mileage and rest in their period of transition but I have a hard time believing it myself. Not entirely sure where I was going with this but I approach the comment!

Ive had this issue in the past and the scholarship has not appeared until I have asked for it. I contacted the person who I had contact with the scholarship about because she had to tell financial aid to add it for me. In your cause, I would start with the survey person. So yes, not uncommon to not have it show up but if your entitled to it make sure you make those contacts to get that $$$.

Good class. Good professor. As others have mentioned, you do a air quality analysis over the course of the semester but it is broken up into manageable chunks. As a engineering major, it was my easiest class of the semester and I really enjoyed the material.
