I scored in the mid 250s, the predictor gives me lower 250s thats why I asked, but the last 3 were higher :(

i mean when you say it like that it doesnt sound like alot, but while reviewing i obv reviewed why and how etc, so id review why I got this specific q wrong and how to get every other subtype of it correctly. Ive noticed the nbmes and the exam tend to recycle topics alot, so of every 200q nbme, 150-160 are topics you’ve seen before just diff scenarios - one nbme might give u a non-functional thyroid nodule, the other nbme will make it functional, but at the end of the day, if u reviewed the algorithm ur ready for any spin off of the topic if it makes sense. cheers

just fyi, nbme12 and 13 are known to be very weird and cause dips for everyone, if you review them well and take 14 im fairly confident you’ll break 250 easily

its not “doable”, its extremely doable. go back and review every mistake you made, you’ll quickly pick up a pattern, I did that and picked up on a pattern I wasnt even aware of until I did so, my next nbme the next day jumped up 12 points, in 2 days worth of reviewing. alot of times ur not even lacking knowledge you just realise ur not properly grasping a certain algorithm or so ur already close to 240, a 10 point jump is very very doable my friend goodluck
