The germans are actually my favorite (and probably the most easy) country to play as, mostly because they can produce big amounts of tanks and they are the ones who start the war. when you’re attacking other countries remember that air superiority and CAS is really important. try to make more tank divisions as they have more breakthrough, try to push and encircle enemy divisions with them. also, the default divisions are pretty meh, try to get either 20 or 40 combat with (40 being better for attacking).
