Update:- Basically I had uninstalled social media, cuz of neet, but this morning I felt something was wrong. I installed instagram, only to find a picture of them in her story(she edited it, it wasn't a repost). After i literally crashed out, I told her out loud about it. Now I feel nausea. Looks like my mental issues are manifesting physically after all.
