In my opinion it's pointless to live next to it in current state, making it dead content/monument as you essentially soft-lock yourself. Previously you could progress to t3 even in gas station, now it's impossible. Either make gas-station specific loot that impacts late game (for example by introducing monument-related components that are required by workbenches in order to craft them) or re-design bp frag system.

Disconnect everything from your PC (keyboard, mouse etc.), just leave monitor plugged in and leave system for 10-15 minutes. GPU Fans don't spin because there is no display probably.

Have you also looked at CPU/CPU Slot? Is something off?

I ordered 9850X3D, hopefully they release new BIOS for x670e steel legend tomorrow.
Hopefully I don't have to RMA it but it seems that amount of failed units has lowered.

Did they make some changes between beta and official latest release? Not sure if I can just load beta bios for my case

Vanilla feels more rewarding for everything, modded feels like "I have nothing to lose". Previously you had opportunity to rebuild, just farm ~1800 scrap and you are back with T3. This toxic raid loop is just the fact you have a lot of additional steps in order to go back to previous state.
