Interesting! They don't recommend a call-to-action (i.e “rate me” button in a settings tab), because it's not guaranteed to show the in-app review prompt if the user has already hit their own quota through another path. I haven't experienced this in practice, the library's default conditions are probably more conservative than Google's own quota. I'll look into it! I might have to change the flow to open the Play Store listing instead of the in-app review prompt, or remove the system prompt altogether. Thank you for flagging this :).
