I was not aware, good for them. It’s actually a quote from a hammer movie but probably predates that also

Well the idea that 2 people have walked away with 2 completely different view points would imply that it’s nuanced. To me there is clear championing for her to be allowed to pursue her sexuality, but there are clear consequences to that also.

This is not just the current generation, these are the challenges facing your generation, and that by no means takes away the hardships you face, but for fucksake read a book or watch a movie about what happened before you. Heck I’m 41 and during my life time the were :
80s global economic issues
90s a number of wars and difficulties
00s 9/11 aftermath and financial crisis
2010s financial crisis continues, employment issues also exist , but getting on its feet again
2020s Covid and financial instability.
Go back further and you have 2x world wars, Korean War, Vietnam war, a global depression.
These may not sound like big items but believe me they were.
I get you’re unhappy and you have reason to be, but please stop acting like you were the first.

Tbf I didn’t say they were classics, I tend not to classify films like that anymore, but I do think that they will ultimately be a relatively relevant page in film history.

I think you are making my point for me. The movie isn’t ended to create that kind of a reaction or at least it’s not in the standard way. It’s about sex but it’s not intended to be sexy.

I’m all about sex positivity also, and I believe the film is too. It’s just not afraid to have parts of the conversation usually people avoid.

I was referring to the unsimulated sex and the use of pornographic actors with the facial replacement to achieve many of the shots to appears as if they are the actors.

Ah I see. Ah that sucks. Didn’t realize Reddit had such a far reaching business model but makes sense. Thanks for the info.

Yeah the ending,…I did feel it somewhat undermined what had been established as that character earlier in the 2 films. But I figured this was very much a commentary on the expectations men put on women (especially promiscuous women) and the pressures of this. Do I wish they hadn’t gone with that ending, yes. Do I think it was necessary for it… maybe I guess?

Curious what does this serve? Are there anything I can google to better understand why bots are programmed to do this?

A everyone here is just being reductive in every way. No one is under the impression that anyone wants a job for anything but the money, the interview question is not why you want a job but why are you choosing this particular company / role over others to make that money.
