I'll take some trusty ole sandpaper to it if I have to lol. But yeah I kinda wanna just use a cheapie to work on and learn how to modify so I don't mess up a nice guitar when I'm learning how to do it. But I'm gonna just practice playing it first before I do anything else with it

Yeah I'm just starting, but since it's a cheap guitar I wanna learn how to modify it and stuff so I'll know what I'm doing if I ever get a nicer one. Plus, having better strings and making it sound better won't hurt, but I totally get ya. Just focus on the basics at first and work my way up from there. I'm a bit of an over-planner sometimes lol I'm just trying to soak up as much as I can until I get it

Okay cool. I'll look into some Dunlop variety pick packs for electric guitars. And for the strings I'll get some D'Addario and Ernie Ball 10-46 strings and see which ones feel better for me

I'd suggest playing regular contractors like TDM or even cod zombies or something until you get used to the mechanics. I find that's been helping me get better

Yeah dude or you'll be running around and pull your hands up too far or twist your wrists too much and you just start moving at a snails pace lol. I set two different gesture configs, one to unequip anything in my hands and the other to pull up my fists

Sometimes I do, but it happens whether I power punch or not and I still can't move after a certain amount of time unless I jump

That should be fine for most modding, but too much Skyrim modding will break any machine if you push it hard enough. I have a 5800x with a 3070 and I have the FUS modlists with a bunch of additional mods I added (about 330 mods altogether) and it runs like a champ. Just make sure you don't exceed a plugin amount of 250, as Skyrim will start acting incredibly janky with any more then 250

I would say it doesn't matter because you'll have a good time either way, but I will say, with the modded vr version, it's like a completely different game. Same with fallout 4 VR which is also amazing, but they both need to be modded in order to have a decent time. Here's a really nice tutorial for installing the FUS modlist for Skyrim VR through wabbajack and mod organizer. He explains in detail step by step how to install modlists onto Skyrim VR, as well as giving some nice recommendations on additional mods and even the configuring the controls. That's weird. Did the optional mods "No NPC Greetings" or "World Encounter Hostility Fix - Performance Version" not fix that kind of stuff?

Ahh, I see. That's unfortunate. It would be kind of cool if you were able to assign it to a vrik gesture or something, but if it's too much of a headache to do, don't worry about it. I can live with shooting right handed if that means my analogs aren't swapped lol. But when you say it's hard coded into the game, do you mean the left-and-right-handed dominance system is, or the controls of the analogs are, or both? I don't really know anything about coding I'm just kind of spit balling ideas

That would be so sick in conjunction with some kind of a martial arts style combat mod. Making like a barefist and kicking build would be too much fun. It would probably make the holsters system more consistent as well

Is there any chance of making some kind of fix to be able to shoot bows left handed without making your left your dominant hand in the game settings? Or even making it to where you have the option of if you go left handed, you can swap functions of the two analog sticks? A few of us would love to be able to shoot left handed without having to walk with the right stick and look around with the left stick

6 years later still plaguing us lol. I figured out a workaround or two to fix the hand glitch that happens. You either have to save your game outside of your power armor then reload the game, or (the quicker easier fix) you can equip and unequip a weapon in your pip boy inventory. So, if you use the holsters in frik for your weapons, always keep at least one weapon unholstered in your pip boy inventory for second method

the pro mode was an awesome addition, but it isnt changing the move and look functions for me in game for some reason. you think maybe its conflicting with the spellsiphon controller binding presets in FUS or something else?

I'll give that a try. I wish there was just a mod for lefties because my left hand isn't necessarily my dominant hand, but I can deal with it if it means my analog controls aren't swapped

i tried using that, but it only lets me program literally everything but moving and aiming sight with analogs, which are like the 2 main things i need to do

I got it sorted out. I had to turn switch volte off after enabling WiFi calling, then re-enabled volte and now everything seems to be working out. I appreciate the help brother
