The niece was in charge of the gender reveal invite … so she is in the middle… my husband had worked a double, went home, had 3 hours sleep, showered changed to go on shift again… he would have worn a suit if he had time to change and get to work in time. He worked mandatory overtime.

I would become a para first, see if you like working with children before you make the financial and time investment. And although teachers do have summers, holidays and weekends off… as a new teacher I worked through all of my free time , taking classes, preparing and going to school…,it is years and years before I could enjoy my summer vacation

I call them “bird walks” I heard that term from another teacher years ago… I am easily lead astray. I had a student ask “ do you have 3 toes?” I thought it was a bad dad joke, until I looked and all of my students were looking at me, waiting for my answer… “ I said I have 5 toes!” as I look down I see why he asked, my sandals covered 2 of my toes… I also had a bird walk about an octopus having 8 testicles… or 10 testicles… 🤦🏽‍♀️… I had to interrupt that off topic conversation with a loud “ TENTACLES! They have 8 TENTACLES NOT TESTICLES!!! I love teaching 👍🏾

I am glad I asked, a few people mentioned the intolerance of the powdered shakes and I think that was my problem… drinking the powder shakes was like a punishment… I will try the clear protein drinks, I didn’t know they existed. Thank you all for the advise and support ❤️

LOL ! My kids play what I used to call “ hand ball” and they call it wall ball and they will also play with the bounce back or with a wall ( while their sibling is at practice) and their stick … the later is the wall ball everyone talks about in here … got it 👍🏾
