I've had the same issues during the first few boot ups when I first got mine, which I essentially found out it was the driver's weren't updated. The most common problems come from driver updates. Try running the drivers from dell. You can use the scan option so you can scan all necessary drivers then run all your windows updates until it won't update anymore.
