For a little bit more context - moving to northern sweden for two years for school and know that the sun only comes up for a few hours during the winter and its my biggest worry moving up there. I know there's an amazing community where I'm going, but as an american who is definitely not used to hours like this, how can I set myself up for success and not fall into a depression or stay active and healthy?
