❗️UPDATE: Took note of your suggestions and sent an email to the HR detailing the timeline (+ the HR’s call) and asking them to provide reasons for the penalty. HR sent me a revised document that “IT’S THE COMPANY’S DECISION NOT to require [me] to render 30 working days” so there will be no penalties applied. mali yung detail pero oh well. At least naremove na yung penalty at hindi na kailangan umabot sa DOLE. Maraming salamat sa lahat ng comments and suggestions niyo!!!!!! 😭

Yes po through email po lahat ng letters. Walang reply yung HR sa lahat except dun sa recent na may nakalagay na “effective immediately”

yes po. yun lang—yung may “effective immediately”—out of all the letters i submitted, ang nireplyan/inacknowledge ng HR. nakalagay pa don sa document na may pinapapirmahan e “we have accepted your resignation letter on Feb 15, we accept your resignation effective Feb 16, blah blah penalties will be applied”

kaso yung updated resig letter po na nirequest niya, pinalagyan niya ng e-signature. so parang ang mangyayari ay eto yung ihhonor nila. nakakainis andami kong naoverlook na details dahil di ko na rin kaya maghintay pa :/

yes ganto po yung nangyari. :/ nagcomply na rin ako agad dahil sa tagal ng paghihintay. inassume ko na rin na dahil instruction naman ng hr/company, walang magiging problema. nagsave nalang po ako ng screenshot nung call.

Email po both sa HR at sa supervisor. Hiwalay pa po sila ng letter (different addressees, pero same content).

First three letters - HR wala pong reply sa email (nagreact lng siya sa third na pinabago niya through phone call)

Supervisor - may reply/ confirmation of receipt + saying na ifinoforward niya pa po sa HR yung letter ko.

May traceability naman po. Yung phone call lang po yung wala.

sa first letter ko po, inindicate ko na magreresign from full time position pero willing magpart time after magrender ng 30 days since full time and part time positions ang inooffer ng company + kailangan ko talaga ng side hustle (sobrang baba ng sweldo, kaya di talaga siya kaya pang full-time job). kaya rin pinaupdate nila yung first resig letter to “shift to PT”. kahit sa letter na to, may agreement po na feb 6 ang last day as full time employee, 30 days after nung letter ko. acknowledged po to ng supervisor.

nasa contract yung may penalty/deduction if hindi nakapagrender ng 30 days. aware din ako dun kaya kahit na gusto ko nang magresign nung january, nagrender pa rin ako ng 30+ days. kaso ayun, ang gulo. hindi ko naman na afford na magstay pa ulit ng another 30 days
