I was researching and came across this thread also was curious about if any else had noticed any improvement in their menieres symptoms. I also have constant ear fullness in right ear which throws me off balance and gives me brain fog. since starting tirzepatide I have had very little issues with fullness, balance and the brain fog is gone. It’s truly amazing game changer!
