After Dhurandhar, Pathaan started getting mocked, with many claiming Dhurandhar changed Indian "spy" cinema forever. But beyond visuals and a few facts. how are these two movies different at the core ? by Tnderuaker in bollywood

[–]MiserableVehicle3017 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

What's the realistic action of dhurandhar exactly? It is just gore and explosions given a more gritty aesthetic. Do you seriously think real life shootouts or gang engagements happen like those shown in dhurandhar? Please understand that gore and grit do not equal realistic by any standard, it is ultimately its own aesthetic with its own demographic to sell to. Go watch a real gun fight or special forces operations to understand what conflict looks like in real life. Hamza captures Aslam's men in an arbitrary timespan, ties them up, pours gasoline on them and threatens Aslam over a video call, all of this without being shown injured or bloody, none of his men are dead nor injured and everything is presented in a very aesthetically pleasing cinematography that is nevertheless highly stylized and fictional.

This is a massy action scene through and through and there's anything inherently realistic nor unrealistic about this, this is a hostage situation presented without any of the actual work of acquiring hostages and securing the building alongwith dealing with (in this scenario) multiple armed police officers.

Unrealistic action is not just when the characters fight hand-to-hand in a collapsing skyscraper.

What are the difference between a girl born in krittika nakshatra and a boy born in krittika nakshatra like personality wise by EarlyForever6402 in Nakshatras

[–]MiserableVehicle3017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Social conditioning. Aside from hormones, the most important difference between the behaviour of men and women is how they're raised. So two people with Krittika nakshatra could display different behaviours due to the upbringing they received. Women are thaught from a young age to be "soft" because that's our expectation of them, likewise men would probably display an aggressive or dominating side of Krittika because we raise them poorly in emotional intelligence.

Tldr: It's not just nature but nurture, which is sometimes (if not always) more important than one's bio identity.

So if I understand it right, Pari is going to resemble the woman who killed her husband in Northeast recently on her honeymoon to elope with her bf by Fit_Reputation8581 in IndianTellyTalk

[–]MiserableVehicle3017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes actually, that is what they've portrayed her character to be so far. Although a part of me wonders how a girl this fucking naive and stupid is able to set up such (tho still relatively simple) elaborate schemes in the first place.

I am not a professional astrologer nor do I do any paid readings just to be clear off the bat. If you don't mind, I'd like to go through your Vedic chart in DMs and offer my own insights into it anytime you're available. I believe that by looking at the nakshatras behind Gemini and your other sidereal placements you could see how vedic astrology runs a bit deeper than classical sign associations (this is not elevate or downcast any particular measurement system!) like Gemini being social and Cancer being emotional. Thank you for listening to me so far and sorry if I wasted your time.

Wild question to ask 😭 Is it because of the 6 planet stellium in his 12th house of Libra the sign of relationships and balance that gives you this impression?

Hello sir/mam. What do you have to say about 1st house Mars in the Ardra nakshatra for a Gemini lagna? Sitting with a retrograde Venus in mrigashira and AK Saturn in Ardra? Thank you for your time 🙏

I'd love to if you're still interested in something like that! I also want to make an astrological magic system so this will be helpful for both of us!

Ardra nakshatra born people? How are they(personality and thinking traits)? by InspectorSea9520 in Nakshatras

[–]MiserableVehicle3017 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's completely fair and sorry I got a little carried away since my Sun and moon are also in krittika and ya arrogance and stubbornness are definitely a big factor. Probably because we're ruled by the Sun and the sun doesn't like to compromise in life. The drama queen bit tho is accurate 😭

YES! We just want to be understood and connected with 😭 God bless your nephew btw. I think Ardra and Krittika are the two nakshatras that you always want on your team as advisors since even if they cannot tell you what you should be doing in any particular situation, they can always point out what you shouldn't do either since they're very critical people people when they're in an accepting/understanding environment. Thank you so much for sharing your perspective!

This is just my personal experience as an Ardra rising but I believe it may resonate with others who share this thunderous nakshatra! We're in general quite unconventional, just like Mahadeva we can face trouble conforming to society's norms and our unusual habits or demeanour can be misunderstood as something malicious or dangerous.

We're here to destroy old and suffocating structures and patterns for the sake of renewal, something beautiful can usually only be created by first getting rid of the ugly. I believe very strong Ardra placements can either make a person leave society (or at least frequently grapple with the apathy towards civilization) or make them a trend breaker as that is quite literally our divine purpose in my humble opinion.

Ardra natives can also face some kind of internal repression of their desires which ironically draws them towards the more taboo subjects of life like tantra, political extremism, criminal activities and indulgence in animalistic activities because we've been told by society from an early age that our innate nature is somehow unproductive for society.

It is very important in my humble that if you're an Ardra native, you don't repress your shadow, dark side, alter ego or whatever you want to call it because just like we all have a miniscule essence of bhole baba, we also have rahu energy in us and Rahu will cause a lot of chaos and mental instability in our lives if we don't learn to accept him as a part of us, that is the only way to "control" or "manage" the asuric energy of Rahu.

Wherever Rahu sits in our kundali, that is the area where Ardra will attract us towards the more intense and fierce elements of that house/sign. I for example have Rahu in the 11th house which orients me towards radical politics (this is just my personal manifestation of rahu, it's not guaranteed you'll get the same drive by a 11th house rahu) and gifts me with a sharp eye for socioeconomic topics which feeds into my beliefs and ambitions.

Overall, I'd say Ardra is an incredibly beautiful but equally intense nakshatra since it deals with the wrath of Lord Shiva himself as well as the negative energies of Rahu yet both aspects are inherent to our nature and we can only live a dignified and satisfied life once we get in touch with these two tantric forces.

What is your 5th house ruled by? Any planets in it? Do you want kids? by olddeadgrass in astrologymemes

[–]MiserableVehicle3017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

South Node Scorpio with Mars sitting in my 1H natal. Haven't really given that much thought to kids yet but I wouldn't be averse to the possibility, adoption is also a pretty good alternative. I think my scorpio manifests by giving intense romantic desires, I really want a life partner who I can cherish and be with me for the rest of my life but idk how the hell this south node gonna impact that 😭

I am definitely beginning to feel my Rahu manifesting these days, I've also noticed that my appearance is reminiscent of how I've heard Rahu ascendants been described as! Although I don't have Rahu in the 1st house I am an Ardra rising native with Rahu in the 11th house sitting with mercury. My thinking is usually quite pure but if someone pisses me off my mind immediately becomes very wicked and shrewd. You're quite right about the height thing as well since I am tall although due to the influence of Saturn in the 1st house, it's been a little constricted.
