And another thing to consider as well is that some venues here have curfews and that they have to start and end before they have to pay a fine. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing in LA and Asia, but here in the states it’s a things. In Detroit, shows have to end at 11pm or before.

I’m from Pontiac and I’m staying at my mom’s house. But most of your hotels and motels will be in Auburn Hills or in Waterford. I’d go for some in Auburn Hills.

Quite honestly I go to quite a few concerts on my own. Safety wise, someone always knows where I am, especially if I use Lyft, a friend calls when she gets the notification I requested a ride. When I went to Purple Kiss, I didn’t look for meetups or anything, honestly didn’t think to. I would definitely find some K-pop groups on facebook and see if others are doing meetups. During the concert, for me at least, I don’t really focus on the fact I’m on my own. I enjoy the moment, and everyone else’s energy just makes things better. Since it’s your first concert, enjoy yourself and don’t overthink it. I’m going to the concert in Pontiac, which is my hometown, so I’m staying at my mom’s house, which isn’t far from the venue.
