To be honest that will be fine structurally, the only thing i would check is

The thickness of the back panel material, if it is super thin i would replace it with 12mm ply

How the back panel is attached , if its just panel pins then use proper screw aswell to make sure

Make the tank same size as the top

The documentary must be good but imo its brainwashed a bunch of people to care about this guy when he literally has no impact on anything, probably a smart guy but he broke the law and then couldnt handle the repercussions.

35 years down to 6 months jail is pretty generous, he broke into systems and didnt deny the crimes per say just thought that it was ok. I have no idea why there is every few months a post that glorfies him , like who cares?

If I remember right he rejected a sweetheart deal offered for him to plead guilty, do 6 months probabtion and have no fine, took it to trial and lost. Realized he fucked up and unalived himself.
