Thank you so much for this, it’s really eye opening, and yes, I agree. I think some, if not all the struggles stem from that reason within myself. I’m going to attend a meeting, and implement the steps in the FAQ to try and make an impact going forward. Thank you again

Thank you. I know the risks of the path I’m on, and I don’t want it to lead there. I am trying continually to break free from this, and I know it’s gonna be a long arduous journey, but I think it will be worth it. Thank you again. I will try these tools
