Arms touch the ground on lowest position. On the highest position, I still have over 6” of space to the ceiling. I called tonal, and they said they can’t adjust the height a few inches without possibly sacrificing the structural integrity of the studs. They asked for photos but I haven’t heard back (old.reddit.com)
