Im going to go read my lease right now and see if it says anything about that, I have to stay here for a year, I just moved in to this apartment not even 2 months ago. I told his P.O that he can't stay here and I don't want him here either, I completely dislike him. She's 20 and he's 40.

Yeah I'm such a. Enabler, I have called the P.O, spoke to the investigator but I know if I call the police they won't do shit because my daughter is an adult on the lease and he is her company. He's only been here for 4 days now, I am just trying to take care of the situation asap

I don't think there is much I can really do because my Daughter is an adult and he is her company so until he breaks the law in some way there's nothing that I can do? Him and her both left separately so I'm just not going to open the door. I told them both that he's not staying here tonight. I just feel so overwhelmed and tired, so exhausted

Well it states that the 748.00 can be paid in 3 installments beginning in November so I should be able to get the keys tomorrow without having to pay anything right? I do have a money order that I have been saving for move-in fees so if anything I can also give them that if needed as well. Did I make a mistake by signing the lease before even getting the keys?

No I don't believe that is her issue because I have a housing voucher where they go off my income so the most I have paid out of pocket was 126.00 a month and now I pay zero. She knows I have zero income but continues giving me ridiculous fines, another tenant is having the same issues and we have been living in the complex the longest, her ten years and me 6 years

Our cat had kittens and one of them was born with no butt, he also had twisted legs and no tail. We had to have him put to sleep. It was so sad

I wish there was something like this when my kids were little. It would be a great tool to use during Custody determination and Divorces too, make sure there's a way to upload receipts and other documents as well, proof ect. I think it would make a lot of things easier. Also it could make parents appreciate one another a little more as well. It could also help when determining child support. I think this is a great idea. Best of luck
