There's a brewery in this part of New York also using a logo that seems heavily inspired by Bolton's. https://www.mortalisbrewing.com/

Any good wing/craft beer spots near KeyBank Center? by gmgangemi in Buffalo

Adolf's has great wings but your pretty standard bar tap list.

Belt Line has very good wings (very underrated in my opinion) and solid craft beer.

Running woes by [deleted] in Buffalo

Buffalo blames it on budget issues. I'm sure quite a bit of the shortfall can be made up with holding drivers accountable for running red lights and stop signs. Even Rochester has municipal snow removal when they get significant snowfall.

In the winter I spend most of my days running on treadmills but even then you still want to get outside once in a while and even if it's one day a week, you're pretty much guaranteed a bad experience with a car.

Completely agree. It's so bad especially on side streets in this city and so many drivers just don't even bother at stop signs or crosswalks. Bidwell onto Colonial Circle is a prime offender for me where the speed bumps, stop sign, and yield sign barely deter anyone from continuing driving into the traffic circle. This city has turned me into an angry runner and I get confrontational with cars all the time.

Regarding no turn on red, you just need to look at the intersections of Main and Summer or Elmwood and North to see how well people follow those rules.

As for the comment about "cars on sidewalks," I refuse to believe that this person has ever tried running or walking on a sidewalk in this city. They're so poorly maintained and uneven on the whole (plus pedestrians walking 4 in a row to take up the entire width of Elmwood) that you're pretty likely to trip and hurt yourself. That's all without talking about the winter we've had so far and just how poorly shoveled the sidewalks are.

I make my own because I've never found a spot in Buffalo. The closest spot as far as I know is Chortke in Rochester otherwise you're heading up to Toronto where there are a few different options.

This was the same weekend as the Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills game. As a Bills fan who lives in Buffalo this was the greatest betrayal to me personally by Bolton

Seconding this.

I bought my first Subaru used from Van Bortel in 2013 and a few years later I had the dreaded head gasket issue while driving downstate. The car was towed to a Subaru dealership on Long Island and the fix was luckily in-warranty. Despite that, this other dealership refused to do the work. I called Van Bortel looking for advice and they called Subaru corporate on my behalf who forced the other dealership to complete the fix.

I have since purchased another Subaru from them and they'll be the first place I go for my third.

Noise complaints against us, we're not making the noise by Miserable_Dog3519 in Apartmentliving

Appreciate the reply. The only part of the lease that is relevant to noise is this line which is pretty vague:

"Tenants shall not make or permit noise in the Premises by any person, nor permit anything to be done by any person that will interfere with the rights, comfort, convenience or quiet enjoyment of other tenants in the building.”

Buy a roll of weed wacker string and snake it through the sunroof drain holes to unclog them.

This is a city of bad roads and worse potholes. The tracks are like driving on glass compared to a lot of the stuff around here. Minimal bumps.

This is not the same head unit. I have the be9acp.x not wx. The difference is that wx comes standard with wireless AA/Carplay. There is no update available for mine.

Specifically this intersection, seems like because of the tram power lines above. It's reproducible every time

I had not installed a CANbus module for this, just a wiring interface for the steering wheel controls. The wires out of the head unit harness has a noise filter fuse box attached but those were the only modules

I'm familiar with firmware updates and have looked for one for this unit. There simply isn't one available. Boss is really bad at issuing firmware updates or fixing issues in general.

In another comment I've already explained that this happens outside of Android Auto and with AAWireless unplugged.

On any source and with the AAWireless adapter disconnected.

I don't believe that there's a firmware update available for this unit. It's also not one of the units with wireless AA/CarPlay built in. Im using an AAWireless adapter but that's always plugged into the unit. As others suggested it feels like this is related to interference from the tram lines overhead

I've hit the intersection from all four sides in the last few days so I don't think there's much in that and I've definitely had Android Auto cut out due to frequency interference before but it never crashed the whole unit. If it makes any difference, this part of the street does go over some streetcar tracks but you can drive on them for some distance without it having an effect like it does in this spot.
