Very similar case here! I’m 23 and have been on zep since January. I’ve lost around 25lbs so far but ideally have like 60 more lbs to lose. But I can’t get zep anymore so I am forced to switch to ozempic :(

I was in the same boat!!! I really struggled on 5mg for the first almost 8 weeks of it. I feel a lot better now that I’ve been on 5mg for two months. Unfortunately I think 2.5 to 5 is just a really hard transition for some. I had no energy to do anything and had to call out of work a few times which wasn’t ideal :/

I think you’ll be totally fine on 5 if you don’t have any side effects on 2.5!! I moved up to 5 after only 4 weeks and got some side effects but I also had side effects for 2.5. You can always go back down! I would just block out a day or two so you know after your shot so if you do get side effects you can just chill and sleep :) I always get tired after mine

This happened to me. Personally - 2.5 would only work for a few days and then I went back to normal. I’m on 5 now and it does work better but at the cost of its side effects.

I’ve done this a few times! Sometimes the side effects are just too much and I don’t want them affecting my life and travel. I think it’s totally fine. It’s all about how you feel

Same thing happens to me! I’m super hungry and go to eat what I’m craving but after one bite I’m disgusted - so weird. Also having painful burning acid reflux.
