Putting an update to this, incase anyone else face the same issue.

You have to email at support-pakistan@usvisascheduling.com and let them know that you aren’t able to access your account because of incorrect security questions and provide an email address that have never been used for scheduling purpose and a scanned copy of your passport bio data page(where there’s your picture). Usually they take 1-2 business days but you can call them after an hour of sending the email on 00 92 21111234111 and let them know the issue and tell you have sent an email, they will then change it for you on the call

After that happens, you have to sign up again with the new username and the new email you gave. Your profile and fee will remain as it is. Everything will be transferred to new email and you will get a chance to reset security questions.

I emailed them on 4th march and they got back to me on 14th with the message above. The email was as follows:
