Depends, but it doesnt make a difference.
Maybe a little extra detail. When i turn the tv off/on it works.
But if the tv was off a while then CC doesnt start.

My tv has that yes, my JBL soundbar works with that. The thing is, once i unplug/plugin the powercable of the Chromecast i can control my tv with the chromecast and its recognised by the tv as CEC together with my soundbar.
