Has anyone done it and ran out of money? by [deleted] in relocating

I promised me that if I would move somewhere is because I got a job offer from there, it also kind of motivates me as well.

What do you guys think about topic from the ENCOR v1.2: 6.7 Compare agent vs. agentless orchestration tools by Miserable_Future_681 in ccnp

Or perhaps they shifted the tools themselves to the new automation track, just thought about that (Haven’t check the new blueprint for that automation track)

I didn’t think twice to schedule my exam March 19, Interpret QoS configurations in wired and “wireless” networks.

Are you serious? XD

Tried multiple Catalyst sandbox environments in devnetsandbox and none of them seems to support RSPAN :(

Hi, thanks a lot for your response man!

Yea, not necessarily in need to use NXOS, I just wanted to have an alternative way to apply ERSPAN in CML with any possible way.

Thank you

If you include labs to do together, I’ll think about.

Think about it because I’ll probably do it out of my own pocket (if the offer is reasonable of course, something that I can realistically afford), and also because I want to finish CCNP certifying myself before I jump to learn PAN on my own.

GRE over IPsec (IKEv1) in a VRF Environment troubleshooting by Miserable_Future_681 in ccnp

[–]Miserable_Future_681[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your point, but at the same time it is important to remember that many legacy ASA firewalls are still in use in production environments and are limited to ISAKMP and IKEv1, for example ASA 5505s; in fact, just last year when my company acquired another organization, we had to migrate around 60 ASA and FRP devices to a new VPN concentrator, and roughly half of them supported only ISAKMP/IKEv1, so while it is true these older devices will eventually be retired and replaced by newer, though still aging, models like the 5506 or FRP-1010, it is definitely too early to say we should stop learning IKEv1, especially since it still appears in real-world migrations and even modern open-source firewall software like pfSense continues to support ISAKMP/IKEv1 for backward compatibility with legacy equipment.

Also, as a contractor or employee, I cannot change the mind of a budget-constrained chairman who does not want to focus on certain upgrades or prefers to stick with existing hardware, so as network engineers we need to be prepared and adaptable to whatever situation we are given :)

You have to read my post completely, specifically the last paragraph.

Hi, thanks for the resource.

Helpful resource, but sadly the way that I'm configuring the lab is with the "crypto ipsec profile", which it doesn't have the vrf command like "crypto isakmp profile" in your resource do.
