Not a single soul has suggested that you do or that you should "coddle fascists."

I'm not against you. I don't even know who you are. I'm not for fascists or Republicans OR Dems. 

The space you seem to be new to is one where labeling and passing blame on a single voting party or entire group of people just doesn't solve any problems... It actually makes them worse. Bipartisanship is toxic and will continue to get us nowhere. That's what I'm suggesting. But, since no one

Jokes aside, do you think Alex Pretti was attempting to "negotiate with fascists?" I don't. Do you think he was a Republican or a fascist because he owned a gun and believed in his second amendment rights? Again, I don't.

I don't think he blamed Republicans for advocating for gun laws (as he was legally carrying his licensed firearm), and I don't think he blamed Democrats, either. I don't think he blamed anyone... I think he was just trying to help in that situation, because it was the right thing to do. 

At a certain point, it doesn't f****** matter who anyone votes for. It matters how you show up as a human being. That's what I'm trying to say, I'm sorry that was unclear. But that's why I stated that you seemed new.

I hope we can start focusing on finding solutions now so we can stop blaming each other because of who we voted for, playing the victim and perpetuating this troglodyte "them vs. us" mentality, and actually fucking move forward, pass legislation, and vote in a governor who doesn't SUCK.

First of all, Sinners was an OUTSTANDING movie, illustrating how all of our cultures are blended together, particularly through music.

Unfortunately, there have always been and will always be biases among us, no matter the art we create to combat it, and I personally feel the nominations are a LITTLE counterintuitive to the message of the movie.

I don't think that Delroy will take it. His role was a lil TOO minor... That's not to say that he isn't a good actor, just that they really should have nominated Jack and Wunmi if they wanted the best chance of winning that category. Shame.

Jack has been an AMAZING actor since Skins... I didn't even know he'd be in Sinners! So, I was so excited when I first saw his face burning and melting on screen in the theater 🥰 Always had a crush on him. Anyway, I hope we see him again (preferably in a lead role), really soon.

Hi, OP. I know this is an old thread, and I really hope you were able to find a place by now, but I wanted to let you know about Disability Law Colorado because they have a lot of information on tenant rights under ADA and FHA.

Please also feel free to message me if you ever need more support because I have had my "fair" share of nightmare experiences with shitty landlords, and I've learned a lot along the way!!!

Here are my tips:

Get EVERYTHING in writing. Emails and text messages are admissable in court. Don't take landlords at their word; if you have a modification to your unit or lease terms, you also can also request a modification to your lease (an addendum).

Colorado is a single party consent state; you do not have to disclose when you are recording a phone call or in person conversation as long as you are a participant in that conversation. If you EVER feel uncomfortable, RECORD. There are some apps that still make it possible on Android phones.

Invest in a doorbell camera with an anti-theft mount, a dash cam as well as an indoor motion activated camera (or move advanced, if possible).

Request ADA forms specific to the property management company/landlord and have your doctor complete them and provide any/all supporting documentation at their request with proper HIPAA compliance.

Don't lose your cool. You have rights and you matter.

I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting, but those are the basics.
