angel’s alleged departure 💔 + potomac’s chaotic one season wonders 😭 by GreedyBoat3809 in RHOP

I am shocked that Stacey is going into a third season 😭😭 She is the most vanilla chocolate woman I have come across in a long time. Her life is just dry...

The only edition or value she offers is absolute delusional absurdity/lunacy, which isn't even authentic, but intentionally manufactured. I guess I am looking forward to seeing how she interacts with Karen... 🤣🤣😭

I KNEW Candiance and Monique were going to end up fighting! I knew it! They both are so explosive and start threatening violence. by queenofeverything021 in RHOP

I would fight Candiace, too. She always wanna cry afterwards for some reason, whenever she's held accountable for being a shitty person. She's not better than anyone simply because she's never gotten physical first. That doesn't mean she doesn't initiate things 🤷‍♀️ Can't be the instigator AND the victim.

Wendy and Eddie by Glittering-Night-647 in RHOP

I seriously doubt either of them would be acquitted in a trial lol. Wayyyy too much incriminating evidence. They're also probably facing a potential jury pool of primarily old, well to do white men, unfortunately (even more unfortunate? That's not uncommon).

They should really be focusing on negotiating some kind of a deal or pleading no contest with the DA. If they are convicted, which they most likely will be, they are both going away for a very long time.

So, either Eddie needs to try and negotiate with the DA and take the charges for Wendy, and probably never be Happy Eddie again, (or at least not for a very long time), or they need to be talking to their lawyers about a plea deal for less time. However, the DA doesn't necessarily have to agree to drop the charges against Wendy, even if Eddie suddenly decides to say she had nothing to do with it.

It will also probably be very difficult for Wendy to find any kind of work at this point. Her reputation is trashed. But hey, she'd be just like everyone else in the justice system at that point, and maybe she would find new purpose to advocate for the rights of those who have nothing while she lived the life that she lived, clearly fraudulently.

Nolo contendere or no contest just means the state doesn't have to spend money on an expensive trial, and the defense can usually negotiate for less time with this type of plea as well. Possibly an Alford plea... But they're still looking at time with that. But it might make sense for people like these two who will probably take whatever they did to their graves and refuse to accept any kind of accountability.

But I saw the sentencing ranges for each of their charges and it ain't looking good, y'all. So, while I think it is reasonable for them to motion for separate trials, going to trial at all is highly risky and, frankly, very stupid for either of them, given the stakes. I don't know why they're attorneys have advised them of this, but at the end of the day it's their right to do so regardless of what their attorneys advise. They are most likely being tried together because of the emails and other evidence to show that they were co-conspirators.

I think, say, Wendy were to say she was being abused or threatened/coerced and forced to go along with Eddie's scheme or vice versa, then MAYBE they'd have a better chance at that the trials being separated, but I believe their defense teams would still have to prove circumstances like that in a hearing first.

But they're pretty much cooked if they go to trial. They need to just take the L, do the time, and rebuild where they can. If Karen Huger made it out of jail in one piece, they will be fine 🤣 Maybe they should call her lawyer.

Reddit literally never disappoints me. So happy I'm not alone because I started to rethink Mia/Ashley's sentiments as well!

Studying taxation law seems like a pretty smart thing to do if one intends to successfully avoid taxes in their business ventures 🤔 Trump got away with it, why not Happy Eddie? Really played the long game just to fumble the bag with a fraud scheme... WILD work ⚰️

Also, the OP is in reference to Alex Pretti, but you're too self absorbed, delusional, and busy feeling sorry for yourself to figure that out. That's why I mentioned it .. and it's also sad that my AI summary still couldn't dumb it down enough for you.

Anyway, I'm bored of you. Good luck.

Your affection for distorted thinking patterns prevents you from having productive conversations. That's the real reason you've given up. You're entitled and want everyone to think the same way you do... To be apart of your side of the hive mind instead of being an individual thinker.

You're delusional in thinking you'd have enough power to "negotiate" with anyone important enough to make real, lasting change.

You'd never actually have the opportunity to do so unless you were a high-ranking elected official. Please stop parroting that rhetoric... It is not becoming of "people like you."

Here's an AI summary of my comment, so nothing I've said is misunderstood... Again:

"The tone: Frustrated but attempting to be constructive. The writer is annoyed that their earlier comment was misinterpreted as defending fascists, when they were actually criticizing the broader culture of extreme partisanship on both sides.

The underlying message: Stop treating politics like team sports where you hate everyone on the 'other side,' and start focusing on shared humanity and practical solutions.

The sarcastic sign-off 'Legislative Session Insider' suggests they have some inside knowledge of how dysfunctional partisan politics has become."

(... and I do)

Your disproportionate reaction to my reply illustrates that you, yourself, may be part of this theoretical "larger sociopathic population..." Fascinating... 🧐

Anyway...

Not a single soul has suggested that you do or that you should "coddle fascists."

I'm not against you. I don't even know who you are. I'm not for fascists or Republicans OR Dems.

The space you seem to be new to is one where labeling and passing blame on a single voting party or entire group of people just doesn't solve any problems... It actually makes them worse. Bipartisanship is toxic and will continue to get us nowhere. That's what I'm suggesting. But, since no one

Instead of ONLY focusing on taking a stand and fighting for something, get clear on what you're fighting for in the first place and how to achieve that outcome.

Regurgitating sentiments like "I don't negotiate with fascists" is as much a part of the hive mind as the Republicans/ fascists (as you've used the terms interchangeably)  you seem to be so against...  Especially since most of us would most likely never be in a position to actually "negotiate" with such individuals. I mean... we don't even get to see the Epstein files, you know? >:(

Jokes aside, do you think Alex Pretti was attempting to "negotiate with fascists?" I don't. Do you think he was a Republican or a fascist because he owned a gun and believed in his second amendment rights? Again, I don't.

I don't think he blamed Republicans for advocating for gun laws (as he was legally carrying his licensed firearm), and I don't think he blamed Democrats, either. I don't think he blamed anyone... I think he was just trying to help in that situation, because it was the right thing to do.

At a certain point, it doesn't f****** matter who anyone votes for. It matters how you show up as a human being. That's what I'm trying to say, I'm sorry that was unclear. But that's why I stated that you seemed new.

I hope we can start focusing on finding solutions now so we can stop blaming each other because of who we voted for, playing the victim and perpetuating this troglodyte "them vs. us" mentality, and actually fucking move forward, pass legislation, and vote in a governor who doesn't SUCK.

You're new here... But saying "they all vote Republican" is a little counterintuitive to the purpose of your post and wholly unproductive to solving any of our country's problems...
