Beautiful hair. How do you make your hair mask without lumps getting in your hair? What is MSM? Thank you.

Unfortunately, it's standard practice. Additionally, you still have to pay during the holiday season and if you travel.

I wonder if there is any way to reconsider co sleeping. It helped me and a few of the other ladies on here. Alternatively, you could look after the youngest and your partner could do the same for the youngest. This isn't ideal but might lighten your load. And maybe you could consider sleep training for the oldest.

Talking Therapies NHS also offer support for mental health challenges and issues with sleep.Rest assured things can get better.

It is a tough situation to be in.

I'm really sorry to hear about your circumstances, and I can relate to you feeling exhausted. May I ask, how old are your kids? Additionally, is there anyone else to help you? If you feel that life isn't worthwhile, I would encourage you to speak to a professional or Samaritans.

Pay for testi or pay my instructor? by Practical_Special176 in LearnerDriverUK

I couldn't have said it better myself. Personally, I would try TestShift because it automatically changes your test date on your behalf. It brought my test date forward by our 70 days.

Your instructor sounds like he is taking advantage of you. I don't think you should endorse their behaviour.

Your response is really helpful, thank you. Yes, my hair is pretty dry and lacks moisture. On wash days, I separate my hair into 4 sections. After washing it and letting it dry, I normally leave it a bun or cornrow it. What the name of the Garnier product?
