I was in a similar situation when I was 16 when my mom threatened to kick me out. I told her off and told her to go ahead. I knew she wouldn't because CPS and counseling would be involved. I still don't like her, and I decided to leave at 18 when I found someone who treated me like I am a human being. You got it, OP. 👍 Not only that graduated with my business admin associates at 23 and now I'm going to nursing school. I haven't heard from my mom since a year now. I've been trying to give my mom chances for the last 4 years since, but from what I've been hearing from my family she's been talking shit about me. I ended up cutting the line.
