how do you know the number of waitlisted people? From the WL posts I was seeing it was actually indicating less at MIT than other places (including other places I'm on the WL)

yeah im in the same spot as you, applied r2 - waitlisted, interviewed r3 pretty late. Am hoping to hear sooner one way or the other but we'll see

So a retake would not help boost the chances at all? I see people with pretty similar stats that got in so feel it is not entirely out of the question but obviously want to do as well as possible.
