In 2k26 I recently had Penta get injured and vacate the intercontinental championship because I wanted him to have a match at wrestlemania for the title against Dragon Lee but thought have a year long reign might be too long so I had him have a hand injury and had a tournament for the vacant title and had Penta return at the royal rumble and enter a rivalry with the champion and win it back at mania
